4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it. You agree that you will not rely exclusively on ScanBeyond outputs to make critical decisions involving payments, contracts, legal obligations, or emergency action.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations
Paid plans are billed in advance on recurring cycles according to the selected plan. You can manage or cancel billing through the provided billing portal. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Communications Consent
If you provide contact information and opt in, you consent to receive service-related communications, including security notices and scam alerts. Message frequency may vary. Carrier message/data rates may apply.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanBeyond and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on analysis outputs, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
