ScanBeyond subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
3. Refund Eligibility
- If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review and correct the charge as appropriate.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
- Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law or when approved at our discretion.
